Hello! I'm Daniella, an accredited CBT and EMDR therapist based in Potton, Bedfordshire, with my therapy room in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. I support women and mothers throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and beyond—both in person and online.
I help women and mothers navigate anxiety, trauma, low mood and the weight of mum guilt. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in the 'not good enough' story, you're not alone.
As a mum of two and an allergy parent myself, I understand firsthand the unique pressures motherhood brings—including allergy-related anxiety and worry.
I offer compassionate, culturally responsive therapy that helps you move from surviving to thriving. Together, we'll develop practical tools to manage anxiety, process difficult emotions, and help you feel more like yourself again.

I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for depression, self-esteem, anxiety disorders and long term health conditions. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.
